Our mission is to create timeless, heartfelt images that will let you relive every glance, laugh, and tear for years to come.
Think of our photographer as more than just “the one behind the camera” – they’re your friend, your calm in the chaos, and your storyteller. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and completely yourselves. A little guide to help you prepare:
The Day Before Your Session
- Get a good night’s rest so you look and feel fresh.
- Choose and prepare your outfits in advance (iron/steam them if needed).
- Stay hydrated and avoid anything that might make you feel bloated or tired.
- If you’ve booked hair/makeup, confirm the time and location with your stylist.
On The Day Before Your Session
- Arrive on time so we can make the most of your session.
- Bring any props or items you’d like to include in your photos.
- Make sure your outfits are clean, wrinkle-free, and ready to go.
- Relax, be yourself, and trust us to capture you at your best.
Delivery & Timelines
- You will receive All Unedited photos via an online gallery, make a selection of photos to be edited per your package of choice and in 5-7 working days after your session your photos will be ready
- Digital images will be hosted on our servers for 6 months, after which they will be discarded. Clients are advised to download all soft copies and backup on their private cloud storages.
- We retain copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays.
- Payment of deposit is considered acceptance of the above terms of service
- If client wants more edited photos in addition to the selected package each extra edited photo will cost Ghs50 (if more extra photos are selected, price will be reduced )
- The agreed rates are for non-commercial portraits only. For commercial purpose portraits, enquire via email info@thetribephotography.com
- Special props are to be provided by clients; all other props available in studio are available for use if they fit client's theme/concepts.
